Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Device Permissions

To enable specific interactive design functionalities, PaintHue requests the following specific device components:

• Storage / Photo Gallery Access: Granted voluntarily by You to permit the tool to export, compile, and directly save completed painting artwork assets or performance screenshots onto your personal device hardware storage system.

• Internet Access: Necessary to enable remote payload connections required to safely download dynamic level structures (JSON configuration models) and accompanying multimedia sound assets.

Use of Your Personal Data

Because We refrain from gathering target personal identifiers, selling, sharing, or tracking configurations does not take place. Necessary low-level network processes are evaluated strictly to handle these system features:

• To provide and maintain our Service: Specifically updating gameplay parameters, loading media assets, and servicing structural asset queries.

• Future Advertisement Management: Integrating ad services securely using safe infrastructure blocks to display relevant digital items inside the layout environment.

Third-Party Services and External Assets

The Service interfaces directly with third-party operating infrastructure blocks that can access dynamic device metrics. Additionally, external layout setups require standard connections to extract configuration formats. Below are links detailing specific terms for service systems deployed alongside this app:

• Google Play Services

• AdMob (Future Integration): The application intends to implement Google AdMob framework blocks in a future structural release to present programmatic advertisements. This integration may leverage anonymized device technical configurations and unique usage statistics to safely serve contextually relevant items.

• External Content: The application automatically connects to internet sources to access JSON level configurations and operational audio/sound resources. During this processing step, your native hardware IP address signature is processed by the target asset hosting network engine to route your explicit data packet request.
