Terms of Use

1. Business Eligibility & Age Restrictions

GlowSync is designed exclusively for business owners, salon operators, and authorized service professionals ("Providers"). By creating a business account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority to enter into binding business contracts in your jurisdiction). You also warrant that your business is not located in a region subject to international trade embargoes or designated as a "terrorist supporting" region by global authorities.

2. Scope of Service & Auto-Generated Public Booking Web Pages

GlowSync provides salon management tools via its mobile application, allowing Providers to manage customer rosters, specialists, working hours, and direct in-app appointments.

The Service automatically generates a unique, public web page URL for each registered business. Providers can share this public link with end-clients. End-clients can view salon address details, available services, specialist rosters, and real-time slot availability to request appointments directly via the browser without downloading the mobile application or registering a user account.

3. Business Accounts & Operational Responsibilities

To access management features and generate a public booking page, Providers must register a business profile. You agree to:

• Accuracy of Profiles: Provide verifiable business names, active operational contact numbers, correct street addresses, accurate working hours, and legitimate specialist details.
• Account Security: Maintain control over your account parameters and authentication credentials. Synkn utilizes local secure storage mechanisms (such as flutter_secure_storage) to store session tokens on your device, but you remain responsible for all activity generated from your registered device.
• Customer Data Responsibility: You are responsible for the customer and appointment data you enter into GlowSync and for having the right and any required consent to do so under the laws that apply to your business. You must handle your customers' data lawfully and respond to your customers' requests about it. How we process data is described in our Privacy Policy.
• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to generate automated spam bookings, list false storefront coordinates, manipulate map frameworks (such as geolocator or geocoding APIs), or misuse auto-generated public booking links.

4. Spatial Maps & Timezone Configurations

To display salon locations on public web pages and compute appointment slots correctly, GlowSync utilizes spatial frameworks and timezone utilities:

• Location Rendering: Map displays on public web pages are rendered using spatial libraries (such as latlong2 and flutter_map).
• Timezone Scheduling: Appointment slot calculations and specialist availability rely on universal time parameters computed via packages such as table_calendar and intl. Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate business operational hours in their local timezone.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

All brand assets, application code, logos, and web page templates associated with GlowSync belong exclusively to Synkn. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or create derivative works of the application or public web booking portals.

User Content License: By uploading business details, specialist profiles, images, or pricing ("User Content"), Providers grant Synkn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, and display this data on the mobile app and auto-generated public web booking pages.

7. Account Termination

By You: You may stop using GlowSync at any time and delete your account yourself from within the app (see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy for the steps). Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription; you must cancel it separately in your Google Play account settings.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Provider's business account if there is evidence of fraudulent listings, abuse of public web links, non-compliance with store guidelines, or violations of cyber laws.

Effect: When an account is terminated or deleted, the Provider's access ends and the public booking page is taken down. Data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to GlowSync must be filed exclusively in the courts located in Rajasthan, India, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remainder of the agreement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect app updates or legal changes. Revisions are indicated by changing the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will also notify you through an in-app notice or by email. Continuing to use GlowSync after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
