We do not collect, store, or share any personal user information. FocusDesk is designed to operate locally on your device. Any data you create within the app, such as tasks, timers, and schedules, stays completely on your local device storage. Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Device & Network Technical Data

While using Our Service, standard technical usage metrics may be handled automatically to preserve session integrity or complete server-side media requests. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), unique device identifiers, operating system version, and basic technical diagnostic profiles.

Local Data Storage

The Application stores items locally on your device to achieve core user configurations. This data never leaves your device and consists entirely of:

  • Scheduled tasks, timers, and personal productivity goals
  • Alarm configurations and user UI display styles
  • Cached local audio files (ambient background sounds and alarm tracks)

Device Capabilities and Automated Permissions

To maintain continuous execution of user-defined features like background audio playback, colorful desk lamp displays, and precise alarm triggers, the Application requires the following standard systems functionality:

  • Exact Alarm Scheduling: Used strictly to fire your scheduled tasks and target configurations exactly when expected. This operates locally on your operating system layer.
  • Boot Automation: When a device manual or automatic reboot occurs, the system utilizes startup indicators locally to ensure your configured alarms and task reminders are safely recalculated when the app handles scheduling.
  • Screen Management & Wakelocks: Used locally during ambient desk-lamp playback loops to safely control brightness configurations and avoid unexpected device sleep states while features run.

Use of Your Personal Data

Because your operational data remains local, the Company does not read, access, sell, or rent your personal items. Transient technical markers are used exclusively:

  • To provide and maintain our Service: Managing local notifications, parsing media asset downloads, and showing targeted ad placements when enabled via AdMob integrations.

  • Internal Analysis: Safe, third-party analytics architectures inside mobile networks evaluate generalized delivery profiles to guarantee application stability.

Third-Party Services and External Assets

The Service interfaces with trusted external developer layers that can interact with technical hardware markers to optimize experiences. Link to privacy policy of third party service providers used by the app:

  • External Media Content: The Application safely requests sound configuration paths and audio content directly from assets.synkn.app. During these fetch handshakes, standard technical properties (like device IP markers) are dynamically used by our hosting edge layer exclusively to stream the assets to your device.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain technical server interactions only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Local files saved on your terminal via application operations remain intact until cleared by user actions or standard application uninstalls.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly target or collect identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected by the application, no sensitive indicators are aggregated or processed by our structural services.
