Welcome to GlowSync (the "Service" or "Application"), a digital community marketplace platform developed and hosted by Synkn ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By downloading, installing, registering, or accessing GlowSync on Your Device anywhere in the world, You enter into a legally binding agreement with Synkn. These Terms incorporate our global Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use or the associated privacy handling declarations, do not proceed with downloading or scheduling bookings on this Application.

1. Global Eligibility & Age Restrictions

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age to consent to data processing in your home country; 16 years of age for residents of the EU/EEA). If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Application. You also warrant that you are not located in a country subject to an international trade embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" region by global authorities.

2. Scope of the GlowSync Marketplace

GlowSync functions as a decentralized intermediary connector, matching Customers who wish to find beauty services with independent local business entities known as Providers or Salons.

💼 SaaS Subscription Model for Providers

While the application is free for Customers to browse, Providers access listing and management tools via a paid SaaS subscription model.

  • In-App Purchases: Subscriptions are processed securely via the Google Play Billing system.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
  • Platform Access: Payment grants access to the platform's business tools; it is not a guarantee of customer bookings or lead generation.

🚨 Offline Financial Settlement for Services

  • No In-App Payment for Beauty Services: GlowSync does not collect or process payments for the actual beauty services (e.g., haircuts, styling) rendered by Providers.
  • Indicative Pricing Only: Prices shown in the app are estimations provided directly by Salon Owners. Actual pricing may differ at the physical location.
  • Physical Payments: All compensation for beauty services must be completed directly and physically at the salon location. We are not an escrow service for customer-to-provider transactions.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To schedule or post bookings, you must create an active account profile. You agree to:

  • Accuracy of Profiles: Provide a valid name, active mobile number, and contact email. Providers must register verifiable coordinates and genuine physical operational storefront addresses.
  • Account Security: Secure your account parameters. Synkn utilizes local system secure data maps (such as flutter_secure_storage) to save tokens locally on your device, but you are responsible for any activity generated from your device.
  • Prohibited Actions: You will not generate fake appointments, script spam bookings, list false geographical coordinates, scrape app content, or manipulate device geolocation frameworks (such as geolocator or geocoding APIs).

4. Spatial Maps & Timezones

To compute distances globally, GlowSync relies on device hardware tracking and open map libraries:

  • Distance Formulas: Distances displayed are derived using Flutter spatial packages (such as latlong2 and flutter_map).
  • Timezone Calendars: Booking scheduling relies on universal time variables computed via packages such as table_calendar and intl. Users are responsible for confirming booking hours in relation to the salon's local timezone.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF SYNKN TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE GLOBAL LAWS.

No Responsibility for Salon Quality: We do not employ or audit Salon Providers. Customers assume full responsibility for verifying the qualifications of any Provider. Any injury or bad service outcome is solely the legal liability of the independent Provider.
No Responsibility for No-Shows: If a Salon is closed or a Customer cancels, GlowSync is not liable for travel expenses or lost time.
"As-Is" Software Provision: GLOWSYNC IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Intellectual Property & User-Generated Content (UGC)

All brand assets, brand logos, and proprietary framework code files associated with GlowSync belong exclusively to Synkn. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or build derived clones of this application.

User Content License: By uploading salon details or pricing ("User Content"), Providers grant Synkn a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display such content strictly to facilitate the marketplace services.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or delete your account if you are found creating fraudulent bookings, listing non-existent salons, or violating international cyber laws.

8. Governing Law, International Jurisdiction, and Severability

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of Rajasthan, India. Any legal action arising out of or related to GlowSync must be filed exclusively in local courts situated in Rajasthan, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.
