Welcome to GlowSync (the "Service" or "Application"), a digital community marketplace platform developed and hosted by Synkn ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By downloading, installing, registering, or accessing GlowSync on Your Device, You enter into a legally binding agreement with Synkn. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not proceed with downloading or scheduling bookings on this Application.

1. Scope of the GlowSync Marketplace

GlowSync functions strictly as an intermediary connector, matching Customers who wish to find beauty services with independent local business entities known as Providers or **Salons**.

🚨 Critical Offline Financial Settlement Terms

  • No In-App Invoicing: GlowSync does not collect, process, or charge financial cards, payment authorizations, or registration fees from platform customers. It is 100% free to download.
  • Indicative Pricing Only: Prices and service catalogs shown in the app are estimations provided directly by Salon Owners. Actual pricing plans may differ inside the salon.
  • Physical Payments: All compensation, slot bookings, taxes, tips, or fees must be completed **directly and physically** at the salon location upon arrival. We are not a payment collection agent.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To schedule or post bookings, you must create an active account profile. You agree to:

  • Accuracy of Profiles: Provide a valid name, active mobile number, and contact email. Providers must register correct coordinates, operating hours, and physical street addresses.
  • Account Security: Secure your account parameters. Synkn utilizes local system secure data maps (such as flutter_secure_storage) to save tokens on your phone, but you are responsible for any manual activity generated from your device.
  • Prohibited Actions: You will not book fake appointments, generate spam bookings, list false geographical salon listings, or abuse geolocation frameworks (such as geolocator or geocoding APIs).

3. Spatial Maps & Timezones

To compute distances, GlowSync requires accurate geographical calculations and local tracking variables:

  • Distance Formulas: Distances displayed between Customers and Providers are derived directly using Flutter spatial packages (such as latlong2 and flutter_map). Synkn does not guarantee the complete accuracy of route paths or travel times.
  • Timezone Calendars: Booking scheduling relies on universal time variables computed via packages such as table_calendar and intl. Users are responsible for confirming their booking hour in relation to local salon operational guidelines.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

GlowSync, Synkn, and its independent developer operating under these brand structures hereby declare:

No Responsibility for Salon Quality: We do not employ, audit, evaluate, or monitor the performance, safety, license validation, sanitary guidelines, or skill level of Salon Providers. Any injury, chemical burn, scalp damage, or bad service outcome is solely the legal liability of the Provider.
No Responsibility for No-Shows: If a Salon is closed when you arrive, or if a Customer cancels, GlowSync is not liable for travel expenses, lost time, or emotional distress.
"As-Is" Software Provision: GlowSync is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptimes, correct firebase routing, or precise calendar notifications.

5. Advertisements & Future Integrations

To offset computational costs and maintain GlowSync as a free tool, We may enable Google AdMob in future framework updates.

You acknowledge that advertisements are generated by third-party algorithms. Synkn does not endorse, verify, or audit any external product, services, or coupon codes presented inside these ad spaces. Clicking on external links is done at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All graphics, interfaces, system designs, logo marks, database schemas, and proprietary code files associated with GlowSync belong to Synkn. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, scrape, or build derived marketplace clones of this application without explicit, written operational contracts.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your app profile without notice if you are found creating fraudulent bookings, listing fake salons, violating local cyber laws, or harassing providers/customers.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the local laws of the state of **Rajasthan, India**. Any legal action, dispute, or lawsuit arising out of or related to GlowSync must be filed exclusively in local courts situated in Rajasthan, India.
