Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. (TideShift does not use or require any user accounts).

• Application refers to TideShift, the software program provided by Us.

• Developer (referred to as either "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Synkn.

• Country refers to: India

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

• Service refers to the Application.

• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on Our behalf. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Us to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on Our behalf, to perform services related to the Service or to assist Us in analyzing how the Service is used.

• Usage Data refers to technical diagnostic data processed locally by the operating system or hardware components during application execution.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Types of Data Collected

Device Permissions

TideShift does not request access to sensitive Device features or data such as Your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files.

Network Use

TideShift is fully playable offline and does not send any data from Your Device. All game assets, including the pixel-style font, are bundled inside the Application. The Application includes the standard Android network permission so that future versions can load content or show advertising, but the current version does not make network requests.

Use of Your Personal Data

Because We do not gather personal identifiers, selling, sharing, or tracking of Your information does not take place. The data stored on Your Device is used only for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service: Running the game, saving Your progress and settings, and playing music and sound effects.
• Future Advertisement Management: TideShift is free and currently contains no advertisements. We plan to add Google advertising, such as Google AdMob, in a future release. Before any version with ads is released, We will update this Privacy Policy and the Data safety information on Google Play to explain what the advertising service collects, which may include an advertising identifier, Your IP address and ad interaction data, and We will ask for Your consent where the law requires it.
